Kia Hum Fit Hain?

Mujooda taraqi yafta dor mei hm apne apko jaise bhool hi gaye hain, dunia ka hr insan itna masroof ho chuka ha key iske pas khana khane ka b waqt nai ha, ye sari masroofiyat humne khud hi pali hain. Jise dekho 1 roti ki talash mei nai balke 4 rotio ki talash mei apne apko mitae ja raha ha! hr ek apne barabar wale se age nikalne ki khoshish kr rha ha. Magar in sab key chakar mei hum apni sehat ko khatam karte ja rhe hain, science key mutabiq hame 8 ghante sona chaiye magar hum muskil se 5 ya 6 ghante sote hain raat bhar jagna, social media istemal karna hamari adat ban chuki ha.
Hum jab raat ko dair se soyen ge to subha jaldi kaise uthain ge? hum se ache to angrez hain unhone sare ausool hamre apnae hoe hain. bhar mumaliq mei log subah ka aghaz 4:00 baje se karte hain.jb hi angrez humse zaida kamiyab hain or kehte hain key jo kaam subah karo us mei barqat ha, Allah ne hame 5 wqat ki namz parhne ka hukum dia ha magar hum namaz nai parhte subha bhag bhag k gym jate hain, jb key namaz se behtar koi exercise nai, agr hm namaz parhne ki adat banalain to Allah bhe khush or hum bhe sehat mand hojain ge magar gym jana, nutrition se mehange elaj karawate hain Jab key Allah ne sabzio or phaalo mei bht shifa rakhi ha, pani se bhe bht se elaj ho sakte, agr ajkal dekha jai key massiyan malqan se zaida fit nazar ati hain!!! kiu??? kiu k woh ghar ka kaam karti hain jharoo pocha or kapre dhooti hain ye sb aurtoo key liye behtreen exercise ha, magar hum in sabko bhool chuke hain.Inhi sab wajuhat ki waja se beemariyan bhar rhi hain or hum piche ki taraf ja rahe hain, ajakal nujawan nasal mei zaida beemariyan paida ho rhi hain jo marz aj se 50 saal phale bhuroo ko hota tha woh ajkal nujawan nasal ko ho raha ha. hamari nujawan nasal mei manshiyat ka kasrat se istemal bhe bhar gaya, cigarette to an 12 saal ka bacha bhe peena shoro hogya iski waja ye ha key har gali key nukar pe pan ka khuke jo khul gaye hain in sabko pochne wala koi nai ha.

Inhi sab ki waja se na to hum induroni fit hain or na hi beeruni fit hain. Hum sabko chaiye key apne sehat ka khas khayal rakhain. har haal mei Allah ka shukar ada karien. or choti choti cheezio mei khushiyan dhondain or ek musalman hone ki haisiyat se Allah ki di hoi taleemat par amal karien,
